                                Seawater Desalination :

                                The world has total of 1.65 billion km3 of water. However, only 0.3 of the total quantity is theoretically useable utilization. Canadian Clear has driven its R&D to build water treatment plants for sea water desalination with its in–house high efficient maximum recovery RO sea water desalination plants world wide with option of containerized desalination plants as well as on site plants. Canadian clear's specific design team work on the highest engineering standards to ensure trouble free, minimum operating and maintenance cost.

                                Pressure Sand Filters (Total suspended solid Removal):
                                Canadian clear filters provide crystal clear water of turbidity level less than 2 to 3 mg/ltr on silica scale. Horizontal and vertical filters are available in a complete range and size from 0.25 m 3 /hr to 500 m 3 /hr. Normal filtering medium employed is clean sieved grade quartz and fine sand. For applications like iron removal, chlorine reduction special type / filter media are available. The filters are manufactured in SS 316, SS 304, MS FRP as well as FRP Advance Composite. A wide range of chemical dozing equipment is specially designed to meet the specific water quality level. For Mineral Water industry special TSS and Absorption Filters are designed to meet the specific water quality level.

                                Iron Removal Filters :
                                This filter has been designed by Canadian Clear with specific purpose of removing high iron content from water. The iron removal filter uses mno 2 and Oxidation System to eliminate the presence of iron in water. Sizes ranging from 250 lph to 5,00,000 lph are in the standard production range.

                                Containerized Desalination Plants :
                                Canadian Clear has over the years built specialized containerized brackish water and sea water plants keeping focus on relief agencies, war time army requirements, make shift facilities as well as sea side resorts. Such units are also widely used in off shore oil rigs.

                                Reverse Osmosis:
                                Canadian Clear specializes in reverse osmosis water purification system. The product range has backing from one of the world leaders in reverse osmosis plant with a proven technical background. The reverse osmosis system offered are ideal for treating of raw water carrying over 1500 mg/ltr total dissolved solids to 35000 mg/ltr total dissolved solids. A combination of reverse osmosis/ion exchange demineralising system is the answer for production of high purity water.

                                The custom designed de-gasers are for removal of carbon-di-oxide from cation treated water and deaerators for removal of all dissolved gases at the final stage of boiler feed treatment. Canadian Clear range covers all normal capacities.

                                Micron Filters :
                                The elements manufactured from 100% imported PVDF polypropylene, glass fibre ranging from 30 microns to 0.1 micron.

                                Demineralizers :
                                The system range from two-bed demineralizer to mixed bed polishers capable of producing treated water of purity required for any specific application. Water conductivity is less than 0.1 micro seimen can be achieved. Canadian Clear offers wide range of demineralizers rang ing from packaged type units to large custom built installations. Manual, semi automatic plants are available. The units are supplied with chemical handling, resin regeneration system comprising rubber lined steel vessels and tanks and also rubber lined steel piping with cast iron rubber lined diaphragm valves which ensure fail-safe operation as well as Advance Composite FRP Vessels. Activated Carbon Filters Canadian Clear provides wide range of Activated Carbon filters to cater to the need of smell, odour and colour removal,. The Canadian Clear Activated Carbon Filters also remove chlorine and unwanted gases. Special Activated Carbon is used for removal of pesticide.

                                Ozonators :
                                OZONE is the most powerful commercial oxidant in the world. It has been used primarily as disinfectant for drinking water since the early 1900's. Its is also useful for waste water disinfections and malodorous off gases from waste water treatment plants. Because ozone must be generated on site for immediate use, this is best done through an ozone generator. The advantage of ozone for commercially treating waste water is that it destroys bacteria, inhibits algae growth and reduces scaling in problem areas. It has faster reaction rate than chemicals and only oxidation not chlorination, takes places.

                                Ultraviolet Water Disinfection System :
                                A variety ranging from 75 lt./hr to 500m 3 /hr. A proven system destroys all germs, virus,bacteria and algae present in the water using Teflon tube technology of DUPONT (U.S.A.)

                                Base Exchange Softeners :
                                Canadian Clear range of softeners are from standard packaged-type-skid mounted and large custom build installation. Units are available manually controlled or semi or fully automatic. Canadian Clear softeners are suitable for treating water for low and medium pressure boilers are well as for process use. The units are perfectly engineered to ensure trouble free and long lasting service with minimum operating and maintenance cost.

                                The Quartz Oven :
                                Eight vertically, horizontally and angularly adjustable double lamps can be returned to all a more uniform heating of any type of preforms before blowing. Preheating is achieved by recirculating hot air exhausted by lamps and the system automatically adjusts to changes in the ambient temperature.An oven with ten lamps (optional) permits the heating of thicker preforms.

                                The Control Cabinet :
                                The control cabinet is equipped with a programmable microprocessor with Error Status indicator. Setting and adjusting of the controls can be performed manually. For special climates the cabinet can be air conditioned.

                                Easy Access:
                                The pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical equipments, as well as the cooling system, are easily accessible. Minimum replacement time is required when one type of bottle mould is changed for another one. No special tools are needed.

                                The Bi-Axial Orientation: 
                                PET is certainly the ideal material, but to retain that title, it also needs the full benefits of bi-axial orientation. Bi-axial orientation requires two stage production. The preform is first produced and then, within a precise temperature range, it is simultaneously stretched both axially, (thanks to stretching rods), and radially by blowing. It is this process which gives the container its strength. These two phases can be carried out on one double acting machine (one stage) or separately on two different machines (two stages). But the new generation of application is covering a still more extensive range : detergents and cleaning products., wine and other alcoholic – drinks, fruit juices, certain conserves, sauces, ketchup and mustard, cosmetic and pharmaceutical products, industrial paints and oils, chemical products etc., A range of new markets with a promising potential. Containerized Brackish/Sea Water Desalination Systems are manufactured in 20  feet and 40 feet containers to meet the needs for pre-installed equipments.

                                MBR INTRODUCTION
                                The membrane bioreactor (MBR) is a recent but increasingly utilized technology for treating municipal and high organic industrial wastewater by combining the highly efficient separation technology of hollow fiber membranes with a compact activated sludge process. Although the technical application of the aerobic MBR process can be traced back 1970’s, it has only become widely used commercially in the realm of wastewater treatment in the past 10 years. 

                                The liquid solid separation by membrane replaces the conventional settling process and effectively removes suspended and organic solids producing bacteria and free water. MBR allows for the activated sludge to be maintained at much higher levels of mixed liquor suspended solids (MLSS) than conventional systems and because of the membrane interface, bacteria are retained longer within the activated sludge enhancing the decomposition of the organic matter.

                                MBR is a modern, highly effective water treatment system that can deal with the ever increasing demands of municipal wastewater quality and increasing treatment volumes.

                                ULTRA FILTRATION(UF)
                                Ultra filtration (UF) is a variety of membrane filtration in which hydrostatic pressure forces a liquid against a semi permeable membrane. Suspended solids and solutes of high molecular weight are retained, while water and low molecular weight solutes pass through the membrane. This separation process is used in industry and research for purifying and concentrating macromolecular (103-106 Da) solutions, especially protein solutions.

                                Microfiltration is a filtration process which removes contaminants from a fluid (liquid & gas) by passage through a microporous membrane.

                                SAFE DRINKING WATER
                                Micro porous membranes are used by the micro-electronics industry as an integral part of water production. Membrane filters are widely used in biotechnology and food and beverage applications where sterile product is required.

                                DISSOLVED AIR FLOTATION (DAF)
                                Dissolved air flotation (DAF) is a water treatment process that clarifies wastewaters (or other waters) by the removal of suspended matter such as oil or solids. The removal is achieved by dissolving air in the water or wastewater under pressure and then releasing the air at atmospheric pressure in a flotation tank or basin. The released air forms tiny bubbles which adhere to the suspended matter causing the suspended matter to float to the surface of the water where it may then be removed by a skimming device.
                                Dissolved air flotation is very widely used in treating the industrial wastewater effluents from oil refineries, petrochemical and chemical plants, natural gas processing plants and similar industrial facilities.
                                Clariflocculator is the most used sedimentation process equipment for raw water treatment. It is a time tested and dependable equipment of produce consistent quality of supernatant, but occupies large plant area. Therefore, Clariflocculator these days are losing preference as sedimentation equipment for populated cities where land prices are escalating.
